Good news for international students
The Trump administration has abolished the application of the decision requiring F-1 status students who will only take online courses in the fall term, either to take classes in a shambles or to return to their country. The decision came at a time when universities such as Harvard and MIT filed a lawsuit in Boston Federal Court to stop the decision from being enforced, and 17 states later filed separate lawsuits on Monday.

We wish good luck to our friends who are on student visas, for whom we held a webinar on this subject last week. However, we recommend that those on a student visa contact the DSOs at their schools and make sure that they take the necessary actions to avoid losing their status.
